Detection Methods
The company is well equipped with detection equipment, measuring and assessing the silicon material products by GB and international standards. For polysilicon products, ICP-MS can be used to detect the metal content in the silicon matrix. LT-FTIR can be used to analyze chemical components of the products, such as carbon, oxygen, the 3rd and 5th main elements. HS-CLT can be used to detect the lifetime of the products. The detection limit of the equipment can meet the requirements of silicon products analysis. For silicon products, GC can be used to analyze impurities in silicon gas, such as nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, helium, carbon dioxide, methane, ethane, propane, butane, and disilane. Moisture analyzer can be used to detect water content in the silicon. Ion chromatograph can be used to detect chloride ions and fluorine ions in the silicon. LT-FTIR can be used to analyze the carbon, oxygen, the 3rd and 5th main elements after the silane is deposited into a growth layer.
